Why we built this
Original CRM started from a simple problem: important conversations on WhatsApp do not stop at 5pm, but the people managing them do. A message that arrives late, or the fourth thread happening at once, can be the one that gets missed. We built a product that helps keep those conversations organized.
What the software does
Original CRM connects your WhatsApp number — or several, on higher plans — to an AI that replies quickly in your chosen tone and keeps conversations organized from the first message through follow-up. Contacts, conversation history, active leads and follow-up status are available in the dashboard and Chrome extension.
